All orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours after the orders are placed in our system. If you have not received your tracking information email after 2-3 business days, please login to your account to track your package or contact us for an update regarding your order.
How will my order be shipped:
All orders are shipped primarily by United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), and on some occasions Dalsey, Hillblom and Lynn (DHL), using the most efficient shipping method available. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers and insured against damage.
Shipping to Alternate Address:
Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may require longer processing times due to an additional verification procedure. The additional verification and processing time is in an effort to protect our customers from online fraud.
Shipping Changes Fees (Address Intercept):
If a request to change the shipping address is made after the package leaves the Life After Bass warehouse, it is subject to an Address Intercept Fee imposed by the shipping carrier. The amount of the fee varies according to the shipping carrier and the destination of the package. Life After Bass will do its best to work with the shipping carriers to make these changes so that your package arrives at the correct address. Please be aware that not all shipping carriers will accept address intercept changes. This policy is in accordance with the security measures and agreements made with our third-party shipping companies.
IMPORTANT: Some payment methods will NOT allow us to re-route shipments. Therefore, we are limited to package interceptions due to buyer protection programs in place.
When will my order arrive:
After shipping, orders will take approximately 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your shipping location. This shipping transit time only applies to contiguous United States (the adjoining 48 states plus the District of Columbia). On occasion, orders will be fulfilled directly by the manufacturer or distributor in order to reduce the shipping time. For shipping transit time to Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses (including APO, FPO and DPO) and U.S. Protectorates (including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands and Palau,) shipping time may vary depending on the shipping method selected.
How much does shipping cost to my location:
Shipping cost for the contiguous United States (the adjoining 48 states and the District of Columbia) is free UPS Ground shipping for orders $50 and over. For express shipping, USPS Priority and Express Mail, military addresses, U.S. Protectorates and international countries, please see shipping costs during order checkout.
Why does my package require signature:
On certain expensive or valuable orders, a signature may be required upon receipt. Customers may request a signature upon delivery through our "Contact Us" link. A signature option is designed for the safety of our customers to ensure their packages will arrive safely. Such guidelines will not be overruled upon the customer's request. If you are not available to sign for your package, please contact us to have it held for you at a nearby UPS Access Point. Please note the option to have a package held will only apply to items shipped with UPS. You may also track your package on UPS.com and arrange a specific delivery time or date. For USPS packages, a USPS note will be left in your mailbox with the local Post Office address to pick up and sign for your package or have the item re-delivered to you. If there is no note, please contact USPS at 800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777) to find out where your package is held. Please have your tracking number ready (located in your account) before calling USPS.
Do you have express shipping:

Do you ship to military addresses (APO, FPO and DPO):
Yes, we do ship to military addresses! All military addressed orders can only be shipped by USPS. We have both USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail options. Do you ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. Protectorates:
Yes, we do ship to U.S. Protectorate addresses! All U.S. Protectorate addressed orders can only be shipped by USPS. We have both USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail options. Yes, we do ship to international addresses! We have both USPS & UPS available as options. Shipping transit time may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected. Please note that International Custom Duty & Fees are not calculated during checkout and will be the customers responsbility upon arrival. Shipping Policy Disclaimer:
Delivery estimates do not apply to items shipped directly from the manufacturer, nor out-of-stock items. Some items that ship from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 continental states.
Standard delivery time for domestic customers will average from 2-4 business days but can take longer in some cases. Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.
Our Shipping Guarantee applies only to shipments delayed due to our service failure. We will not guarantee shipments that are delayed due to an act of god (ex: weather), a catastrophic event, or failure by our delivery partners. Our guarantee is also voided if incorrect billing or shipping information is given and results in your order being delayed to its destination. Our guarantee is also void if no one is available to sign for shipment when a delivery attempt is made if a signature is required.
It is against our shipping policy for our orders to be delivered to freight forwarding facilities. If your order is approved and sent to one of these facilities, Life After Bass and our Shipping Partners UPS and USPS) are not liable for the delivery of your order.
