The DS18 ZXI-10.4D is a monster high-excursion 10-inch subwoofer engineered for bassheads who demand serious low-end authority without sacrificing acoustic clarity. Designed to bridge the gap between heavy-hitting SPL performance and premium sound quality, the ZXI series is built around an incredibly efficient 2.5-inch black aluminum voice coil. This allows the subwoofer to handle a massive 800 Watts RMS (1600 Watts Peak) while remaining thermally stable during long, high-volume jam sessions. What truly sets this 10-inch driver apart is its incredibly low resonant frequency (29Hz), allowing it to accurately plunge into the ultra-low 20Hz bass frequencies that lesser subwoofers simply cannot reproduce.
