The high frequencies are meticulously handled by a combination of an edge-driven silk dome tweeter and a dedicated supertweeter. Equipped with oversized voice coils, this dynamic 3-way design is capable of delivering ultra-high-resolution, soaring highs up to an impressive 40,000 Hz. For precise soundstage tuning, the Kappa 693M features an angled tweeter platform to direct the sound straight toward the listener, combined with a convenient push-button tweeter attenuation switch (0dB or -3dB). Operating at a true 3-ohm impedance, these speakers are engineered to safely extract every available watt of power from standard factory head units as well as high-power aftermarket amplifiers, resulting in an exceptionally dynamic and crystal-clear listening experience.
